Rooftop HVAC Units is one compact unit which integrates function of cooling, heating, air handling, and electric control. The cooling media for condensing unit is air but not water. Comparing to water cooled condensing unit, it’s more convenient to install the equipment. Usually roof top unit is installed in the space where cooling water is not convenient to reach, such as the top of wheelhouse or open deck.
